Agua Sagrada is born in the heart of the Sierra de las Minas, where the cloud forest feeds springs, shelters quetzals and preserves one of the most valuable ecosystems in Central America.
With rooms based on sacred geometry and a cuisine crafted from ingredients grown on the farm, every stay is designed to connect our guests to the origin of everything: the water, the forest and the mountain.

At six in the morning when the forest is silent, an emerald flash crosses the mist: the quetzal, free, in one of the few places on earth where it still nests in its natural habitat.

Agua Sagrada Lodge rests in San Agustín Acasaguastlán, El Progreso — within the buffer zone of the Sierra de las Minas Biosphere Reserve, one of the last great cloud forests of Central America.
